Tarka is a local organisation which takes pride in partnership working
Tarka Housing is a housing association established to take on the ownership and management of Torridge District Council’s housing service following a successful vote by Torridge tenants in 2007. In the ballot 78.7% of tenants eligible to vote did so. Of those, 84.1% were in favour of the transfer.
Tarka Housing is based in Bideford, Devon.
Along with partner organisation Westcountry Housing, it is a member of Westward Housing Group.
