Tarka is open for business
Tarka Housing is a new housing association established to take on the ownership and management of Torridge District Council’s housing service following a successful vote by Torridge tenants in 2007. In the ballot 78.7% of tenants eligible to vote did so. Of those, 84.1% were in favour of the transfer.
Tarka Housing who are based in Bideford, Devon along with partner Westcountry Housing are the founder members of the Westward Housing Group.
Tarka Housing aims to deliver quality homes and services for local people, with sustainability lying at the core of everything we do.
