Please let us know if you would like any of the documents provided in large print, on DVD, in Braille or other languages. We are happy to provide them.
Our annual report to tenants contains performance news and describes how we will work with you to improve our services.

Copies go to all staff with the residents newsletter during last week of September and first week of October 2011.
