A big thank you to the 808 of our tenants who completed the recent satisfaction survey (status) this represents a 47% return rate which is very good.
The three key results are;
Tenant satisfaction with overall service 89.9%
Tenant satisfaction with the repairs and maintenance service 86.8%
Tenant satisfaction that their views are taken into account 70.5%
This survey is used across the country by all registered providers so they can compare their results against each other to compare performance. Tarka’s results place it in the top 25% nationally and for certain results in the top 10%.
We recognise though that we still need to improve in a number of areas including how we communicate with tenants individually and will be working to make changes to ensure we communicate more effectively.
