We have an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team based at our office in Newton Abbot.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of financial systems to undertake tasks such as; assisting with the preparation of the annual budgets and the medium and long term financial plans, analysing and presenting of the annual budgets to senior managers, preparation of management accounts and periodic financial reports.
You will manage the cash flow profiling of the new development activity and monitor costs and outturn results of capital projects and the development and production of an appropriate costing framework for use in benchmarking, value for money and cost apportionment.
It is essential that you are C.C.A.B. qualified or a C.C.A.B finalist, experience in using Intermediate Excel and Outlook 2000, have excellent communication skills and the ability to be analytical in your thinking and explain financial results and implications to people at all levels within the Group.
