Tarka Housing has five user panels through which we involve residents in the design of new and review of existing services.
Communication Group
You can help produce and contribute articles to our tenant’s newsletter Tarka Times and help us to advise on how best to communicate with all our tenant’s this will include checking our leaflets and letters.
Communication Group Recruitment Leaflet
Asset Management User Panel
Meet with staff and contractors to highlight any issues or ways of improving the repairs service for tenants. Also be involved in the improvement programme to Tarka.
Supported Housing User Panel
The Older Persons Services User Panel is for all those who live in sheltered and designated accommodation to discuss all aspects of the service.
Housing Management User Panel
This group will be consulted on our services with a focus on monitoring performance and improvements of housing management services including anti social behaviour.
Youth Forum
This group is open to young people living in Tarka properties.
