Tarka Housing is carrying out a major investment programme of modernisation, improvements and repairs. This programme is based on an independent survey carried out of the condition of our tenants homes. Tarka has undertaken a range of consultation with its tenants which has also informed our investment programme.
The works being undertaken will be to what we call the Tarka Standard. This standard is to a much higher standard than the decent homes standard and has been agreed with our tenants.
