Tarka Housing will be carrying out security works where necessary to increase the security to tenants homes. These measures will be completed in the first 5 years of the investment programme and include
Installing or upgrading door entry systems to blocks of flats
Replacing substandard boundary walls and fencing
Ensuring a security light is installed at every front door
Installing CCTV where necessary and subject to local consultation
