Tarka Standard This document will be the specification from which all the improvement works will be delivered.
It is designed to clearly indicate:
i. Scope of works
ii. Quality of works
iii. Materials, products and ranges for choice
This document will form the specification for both year 1 works as well as years 2 to 5. It will be market tested by both Tarka Works, through the void process, as well as through external contractors during Year 1 and improved and refined as necessary.
