Devon went live in January for nearly all of the ten local authorities. The exceptions were North Devon and South Hams who went live in March.  If you would like to apply for housing or for a transfer you will need to register with

Properties will be advertised each Wednesday on the Devon Home Choice website. In some circumstances newsletters can be posted to you.

Newsletters will also be on display in the local authority offices, landlord offices and other selected venues. You can bid either on the website or by telephone in some local authorities.
