 We therefore aim to ensure that we provide a repairs and maintenance service that is efficient, that properly discharges our obligations to our tenants, is responsive to their needs and requirements, and also achieves value for money.

What you do in an emergency?

During office hours:
If you have an emergency please call our Asset Management department on: 0800 107 8191. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, except bank holidays.

Out of Office Hours:
If you have one of the following urgent problems listed below, and it occurs outside the office open hours, please call Call 24Hour on 01752 770 302.
