Resident Groups

There are a number of resident groups, some are detailed below:

Chubb/Churchill

Is a sheltered scheme who have now been running for one year.  They meet once every month.  

Ethelwynne Brown Close

This is a sheltered scheme with two phases. They alternate their meetings between each phase giving everyone a chance to attend a meeting.  They meet regularly every month.  

Torrington Lane                                            

This is a fairly new group who have agreed to meet quarterly.  .

Well Park Flats/Well Street, Torrington

This group have decided to have a Community Chat group as they are a small group and wanted their voice heard.  This group have agreed to meet once every two months and discuss with officers any problems they have. 

Marlborough Court 

This group also has tenants from Sanctuary Housing and they felt it would be more beneficial if we all worked together.  This group will meet on a monthly basis.
